1. What are the flavours available ?
Tharacakes come in the following most request flavour:
- Vanilla Butter
- Chocolate cake


2. For tier cakes, which level is dummy?
All our tiers cakes are real cake. All cakes are freshly baked.


3. Can I change the cake into dummy cake?
We do not do dummy cakes for our customers because the cost of dummy cake is almost similar to the real cake. Our cakes are mainly charged based on the complexity of the design and colour usage on the cakes. Weightage of the cake contribute minimal cost compare to the complexity of the design. Thus, intricate design on the cake will cost higher.


4. Do you customise cakes according to my preference?
Tharacakes accept customisation of cakes. So do feel free to tell us your dream cake design and we will try to follow 80%-90% of the design shown.


5. Will your cakes melt easily ?
As long the cakes are not in contact with water or any form of liquid, it can be displayed and last at least 4 days.


6. Is your cake halal ?
All ingredient used in the cake and fondant is 100% halal


7. Are your prices inclusive of delivery?
Free delivery within Singapore islandwide, for order above $180. Otherwise $15 will be imposed for one place of delivery.


8. How long in advance should I place my order ?
All cake decoration requires longer period to be ready. Since all sugar crafts are handmade, all order should be made not less than 1 month from the event date. To avoid disappointment, customers are advised to order much earlier. $20 will be imposed for order comes in less than a month. No order can be placed within 2 weeks before the event.
However, it totally depends on the popularity of the dates, eg. School holidays and special weekends.


9. How do I make payments ?
To confirm your order, Tharacakes requires 20% of deposit. The balance will be payable IN CASH upon delivery. The transfer of the 20% deposit can be made to our bank account. We will then mail the invoice receipt along with all your order details.


Kindly note that this confirmation deposit is strictly not refundable if there is any order cancellation.
